Who gets your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only when the service needs it:
- Hosting: Our sites run in a data center in Türkiye (Veridyen). Visit logs and form records stay on this server.
- Email provider: If you email us, our emails go through Google Workspace (Google). Google's servers can be outside Türkiye. We make this transfer under the safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK.
- Authorities: Public bodies with legal power, only when they ask, and only the data they ask for.
How long we keep it
- Visit logs: 1 year at most.
- Form records and emails: 2 years at most after we close your request. If your request becomes a business relationship, we keep them for the period the law sets.
When the period ends, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
Cookies
We do not use ad, analytics or tracking cookies. Our sites have no third-party tracking code, no social media plugins and no fonts from other servers.
Only the entry gate of our invite-only apps sets one necessary session cookie. It remembers that you entered a valid access code. The gate does not work without it, so we do not ask for separate consent.

- Tell you if we process your data, and give you information about it,
- Tell you the purpose, and if we use the data for that purpose,
