AI integration connects a model to your business data, your tools and your decision flow, in a controlled way. A model alone is not integration. Your people stay responsible for the decisions.
We do not begin with “which model?” We begin with “which task repeats, where is time lost, and where is an error expensive?” The technology choice follows that answer.

We keep your current tools where possible. Data access, failure paths and human approval are part of the design from day one.
Test it with real work
We test accuracy, speed and ease of use with real, permitted examples. If a part does not create value, we do not scale it.
Hand it to the team
We hand over the working setup with its limits, control points and maintenance path. The system does not depend on one person.

Do we need to replace our current systems?
Usually not. First we examine the safe connection options in the tools you already use. We replace a system only if it cannot do the work or does not permit a safe connection.
Which AI model do you use?
We are not tied to one provider. We select the model for data sensitivity, language quality, speed, cost and maintenance. Models change with time. The workflow and the controls stay.
Does this work for a small business?
Yes, if you have one clear repetitive task and a measurable benefit. A small setup that removes weekly repetition gives more value than a large, vague “AI transformation”.
What do you look at in the first conversation?
We look at how the work runs today, which data it uses, who makes the decisions and what an error costs. Then we define the smallest useful pilot together.
